CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY:

Check in & check out time 12:00 Noon, However early check in and late check out are subject to the availability. In case of early check in between 08:00 Hrs – 11:00 Hrs 50% of the room charges will be applicable and before 08:00 Hrs, room needs to be booked from previous day in order to confirm the booking. Guest must carry a valid government ID proof at the time of check in. Late check out between 15:00 Hrs – 18:00 Hrs, 50% of the room charge will be applicable and after 18:00 Hrs full day will be charged.
 
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:
Any cancellation should be intimated by the concern person/ booker through e-mail, fax and SMS in prior notice of 48 Hrs from the date of the guest arrival, otherwise 1 night room charges will be levied as a cancellation charge and against no show.

Reservation will be confirmed only after receiving mail from the competent authority designated by the company. Payment is accepted in cash / Travelers Cheque / Demand Draft / Pay Orders / Credit Cards and Bill to the company (Where the company has a corporate tie-up).
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This corporate tie up and the discounted rates are valid till 30th September 2013 and subjected to a minimum 100 room nights per month which shall be reviewed after the validity period to further continue with the corporate tie up.
 
This document supersedes and replaces all rates and terms & condition that may have been communicated earlier.
 
All rates quoted in the contract are in Indian rupees.
 
For all group booking above Eight rooms, kindly contact gm@monotel.com sales@monotel.com The rates offered shall not be posted, published or in any way accessible on the internet, promotional material or brochures.
 
The hotel owns the right to sell rooms on direct channels including our own websites. The hotel reserves the right to modify or change the special rates offered based on different packaging. These rates are not transferable to third parties in any manner. In such cases the special rates offered will be deemed as obsolete.
 
The hotel reserves the right to carry out any renovation & up-gradation as deemed as per our requirement; we will do our best to notify our guest.
 
The hotel shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder, for any reason out of control. Such causes shall be deemed to include without limitation war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fires, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain any Government approval, Government acts or omissions, regulations or order , acts of God, acts of the Public enemy, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, labour troubles etc. Neither party will be held responsible for failure of this contract in case of force majeure.
 
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
 
BILLING & PAYMENT
All payment and deposit will be made directly to the hotel.
 
PAN Card number and details of the company PAN card are to accompany the signed copy of the contact to facilitate processing of the special rate . This is a mandatory requirement regulated by the Income Tax Department.
 
The payment against B.T.C must be received from the organization within 15 days of the guest check out from hotel. Payment received for such bills after 15 days period of the presentation of the said bills shall be subject to penal interest charges at the rate of 18% per annum and shall also entitle the hotel to remove the company from the credit list and withdraw all credit facility to the organization.
 
Any correction in bills should be requested immediately. If there is no request for correction made within 24 Hrs, bills will be deemed as final.
